QCXi is a BPO and customer experience brand within Qualfon, a 100% minority-owned business headquartered in Highland Park, Michigan in the United States. Qualfon was originally founded by Alfonso in Mexico City, Mexico in 1995, and he established QCXi in 2025 as an arm of the business focused specifically on serving businesses and their customers with innovative technology and person-focused service.

Over the years, Qualfon has grown into a 15,000-person global business operating across states, countries, and time zones. By providing omni-channel customer experiences and business support through QCXi, we help Fortune 500 and multinational companies turn their customer relationships into increased revenue.

When he founded the company, Alfonso had a drive to improve the lives of his employees, his clients, and their customers. Qualfon has publicly vowed to improve the lives of as many people as possible, be of service to the world, and operate with a larger purpose than just making a profit.
