To provide greater support to their reps and clinics, our client set a goal to make it easier to order critical, custom-designed sales support items and marketing collateral. We created an integrated online portal to serve both reps and clinic needs and built an online store where they could order product samples. We also integrated the ability to customize marketing collateral, create direct mail campaigns, manage lists and offers, and print collateral on demand. Our solution resulted in increased rep and clinic efficiency, with user satisfaction above 95% and 99.9% order accuracy.
